Refund and Returns Policy

In recognition of the substantial investment involved in deploying advanced wireless infrastructure, this policy outlines a straightforward, transparent process for returning or exchanging any indoor or outdoor Wi‑Fi 6 access point purchased through our online platform. Whether you selected a ceiling‑mount dual‑band unit, a wall‑mount PoE‑powered model, or a rugged outdoor access point equipped for campus deployments, our goal is to address any concerns about product condition or functionality in a fair manner.

Applicability
This policy applies exclusively to physical Wi‑Fi 6 access points—including ceiling‑mount, wall‑mount, and outdoor‑rated models—with or without Power over Ethernet capability. Covered items include the AP unit, mounting hardware, PoE injector (when provided), cabling, quick‑start guide, and any status‑monitoring accessories. Customized or third‑party‑altered equipment is not within the scope of this policy.

Initiating a Return or Exchange
To begin, contact our support center with your order reference and detailed product identifier. In your initial communication, please include:

  • The order or invoice number
  • The AP model name or SKU
  • A concise description of the issue (e.g., physical damage, operational fault, missing components)
  • Photographs that clearly illustrate any defects or discrepancies

Prompt notification and clear documentation help us expedite review and provide you with an appropriate resolution recommendation.

Return Eligibility Criteria
Returned items should meet the following guidelines to qualify for assessment:

  • Complete Packaging: All original components, including mounting brackets, injectors, cables, and documentation, must accompany the AP unit.
  • Unaltered Condition: The unit should remain free from signs of tampering, unauthorized disassembly, or installation beyond preliminary testing.
  • Minimal Handling: Brief power‑on and connectivity tests are acceptable; extensive field deployment that causes wear or environmental exposure may affect eligibility.

If you are uncertain whether your equipment falls within these parameters, our support team can clarify before you proceed with shipping.

Inspection and Assessment
Upon receipt, returned access points undergo a multi‑stage evaluation by our engineering specialists:

  1. Physical Examination: Verification of enclosure integrity, label legibility, and connector condition.
  2. Functional Testing: Boot sequence validation, firmware loading, and basic Wi‑Fi throughput checks in a controlled environment.
  3. Accessory Verification: Confirmation that PoE injectors, mounting kits, and cables match the original shipment.

The findings of this evaluation will be communicated to you along with the available resolution paths.

Resolution Options
If your return item passes inspection, you may select one of the following:

  • Credit to Original Payment: Refund issued via your original payment method.
  • Account Credit: A credit balance applied to your user account for future purchases.
  • Product Exchange: Shipment of an identical or functionally equivalent access point, subject to stock availability.

In rare cases where the original payment channel cannot process a refund, account credit will be provided by default.

Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are generally responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a secure carrier with tracking and adequate packaging to prevent damage in transit. Please pack the AP in its original box with protective materials, clearly label the return authorization, and include a copy of the return request documentation inside the package.

Ongoing Support and Policy Updates
Our technical team remains available to help with troubleshooting, packaging guidance, and status updates until your case is resolved. We regularly review and refine this policy to adapt to new product lines and customer feedback. The latest version of this policy is always accessible on our website for your reference.

By detailing clear steps, eligibility criteria, and fair resolution options, we strive to ensure your experience with high‑performance wireless access points is as reliable as the network connectivity they provide.
